• Any Order cancellations shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the amount paid. No refund will be entertained once 24 hour delivery window starts.
  • All the courier orders cancellation will not be accepted once the product is dispatched and customized or personalized products once ordered cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellations will be only accepted on email with Subject: “Cancellation Request“ and sent to care@cakesnpetals.com with Order ID, Cancellation Reason and Account details to refund.
  • In case of quality complaint of the delivered product, Cakes N Petals team will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true then full refund will be initiated or will deliver new product without any charge.
  • A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  • 5% charge will be applicable in case of order cancellation.
  • In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Cakes N Petals shall have the deciding hand.
